RESULTS: In 2023 the Wayfair Video team executed 6 Major Campaigns, 14 seasonal promos and 14 Online Video specific ads. We edited over 800 assets for the TV/OV channel and over 1000 social ads for social channels. The post team scaled output by 25% year after year with a reduced staff. The 2023 broadcast work drove around 400 million in revenue for Wayfair.
Oversaw post-production team at Wayfair’s in-house marketing and creative studio which included video editors, animators, motion designers, VFX artists, cinematographers and post producers.
As direct manager, provided team with performance and process guidance and career growth development.
Managed resourcing and post production timelines for editors, vfx, sound mixing, color and motion designers while also producing high quality edits for varied work streams including including broadcast TV, online video (CTV, Youtube), and organic/paid social video (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest)
Interfaced with studio and marketing senior leadership to build organizational structure and identify talent gaps and needs while creating the roadmap for the year.
Tracked and managed department budget and finances, including annual planning for hardware, software and server needs for the team.
Implemented project management and production process refinement for post production virtual edit sessions to lead collaboration between post team, creative and marketing partners.
Developed and maintained contacts with top industry freelance talent and post production partners .
